He started his career as a Marketing Executive in a small company and became the CEO of a GE Capital Venture at the age of 38. His personal commitment to performance, dedication, passion, energy, strong personal values and unyielding integrity have helped him to successfully lead many important roles in companies such as MECON, CMC Limited, Sprint RPG, GE Capital & Genpact. Setting up of a shared services data network for GE Businesses in India, building & managing International telecom infrastructure to support more than 400 data & voice processes for largest BPO Company, Genpact, and transformation of a single product Helpdesk company to Managed IT Services with revenue growing from $ 4.6 MM to $ 42 Million in 4 years and employee base growing from 250 to 1600 during the same period are some of his accomplishments. Till recently, he was the Site Leader for GENPACT Hyderabad Operations with a total employee base of more than 8,000 and Sr VP responsible for Projects, Infrastructure, Logistics & BCP. |

Teena joined Genpact in November 2000 as a Communication Skills Consultant and took over the function in 2001. She was responsible for driving communicative skills across the organization and achieving operational excellence in delivering end customer satisfaction. The team, under her leadership, won a number of international awards in the areas of solutions excellence and communications effectiveness. |

Prior to Genpact, Teena worked in the advertising field for 9 years in various capacities. She has been a copywriter, lead development teams as a creative director of a large accredited advertising agency. Reading is a passion with Teena. A people's person, she loves traveling and meeting new people. |

Pradheep Kumar Nama (nama) is an entrepreneur at heart and loves the challenges that come with it. A Cost Accountant, Nama started his career with Sony ( known as Orson) and later moved to Digital equipment as the Manager - Finance. Nama had stint with GE Capital venture Countrywide Consumer Finance in setting up Operations in South India and Moved to Corporate Functions as Head of sales, associating with that Brand for 5+ years. |

| He had been part of Genpact (known as GECIS earlier) for over 9 years in BPO industry, running Finance Function for Many global clients in Energy, Entertainment, Automotive Industries. After 27 years of careers spanning Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, he gave it all up to join Synchroserve in 2008, a startup in the Training & Recruitment space. |

Bindu Chadha was the Assistant Vice President - Country Head for the Genpact Training Academy till May '08 with an added responsibility of being a Subject Matter Expert on all pre- hire Strategic & CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives across the organization. Bindu joined Genpact in Aug'2001 as a consultant and became the program lead for Genpact Training Academy in 2003. |

In her role Bindu was responsible for the strategic & operational requirements aimed at training the raw talent & building a predictable supply chain of resources of diverse profiles & meet growth targets for diverse Genpact businesses (voice/tech/finance). Being a Six Sigma Certified leader, she utilized it to manage and sustain quality of hire in the businesses while meeting the growth targets. The program management included capacity planning for training 12000 candidates across India and designing content to groom the raw talent. She also set up the first ever communicative skills assessment engine in Genpact to reach out & assess to talent India - wide. |

Bindu is known to be a visionary and passionate leader and she has gained the respect of many in the field of communicative skills training. Some of her achievements include the prestigious Brandon-Hall award (International award for learning) for the best entry in learning for her project on the designing a Web based Voice training solution. She has also been responsible for Training almost the entire Voice Training Faculty across GECIS. Bindu is a Twice Gold Award Winner in the last 2 years at Genpact and winning has been a streak in life even at a young age when she received the President's Bronze Medal for a National Level Essay Writing Competition. |

Diana Reddy a.k.a DD started her adventure with Training in the Language and Communicative field while at GECIS and took that forward to organizations such as Dell and 24/7. As her last stint as Senior Manager Learning and Development, she brought innovation and accelerated change across the board especially in the the realms of Language Training. |

She has done extensive strategic and analytical work on the development of Communicative skills. Right from her tenure in GE, Dell and 24/7 she has improved upon processes and created standard operating procedure around Hiring and Training requirements. From being Six Sigma certified on decreasing customer survey defects, to creating assessment and measurement gates, to creating specified training programmes for various learning levels, DD has set benchmarks wherever she's worked. |
