Popularly known as SK Raja, he has 25 years of experience in different areas ranging from Marketing & Sales, Technical, Operations, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, Projects and P & L. He started his career as a Marketing Executive in a small company and became the CEO of a GE Capital Venture at the age of 38. His personal commitment to performance, dedication, passion, energy, strong personal values and unyielding integrity have helped him to successfully lead many important roles in companies such as MECON, CMC Limited, Sprint RPG, GE Capital & Genpact. Setting up of a shared services data network for GE Businesses in India, building & managing International telecom infrastructure to support more than 400 data & voice processes for largest BPO Company, Genpact, and transformation of a single product Helpdesk company to Managed IT Services with revenue growing from $ 4.6 MM to $ 42 Million in 4 years and employee base growing from 250 to 1600 during the same period are some of his accomplishments. Till recently, he was the Site Leader for GENPACT Hyderabad Operations with a total employee base of more than 8,000 and Sr VP responsible for Projects, Infrastructure, Logistics & BCP. Raja holds a Masters degree in Management from FMS, Delhi University and Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from JNT University , Kakinada .
Teena was the Vice President and Communicative Skills Learning Leader, Genpact, with an added responsibility of leading educational initiatives at work till February '08. Genpact is a world-class Business and Technology Process Outsourcing service provider, operating in six countries through local legal entities. Genpact is considered a pioneer of Business and Technology Process Outsourcing services and is an established industry leader in terms of the quality and sophistication of its people, processes, services, and technology. In her role, Teena was responsible for defining and implementing learning strategies to build communicative skills expertise, capture and disseminate knowledge on cultural differences, enable formal education at work and building customer service and problem solving skills in over 17,000 knowledge workers Prior to Genpact, Teena worked in the advertising field for 9 years in various capacities. She has been a copywriter, lead development teams as a creative director of a large accredited advertising agency. Reading is a passion with Teena. A people's person, she loves traveling and meeting new people.
Pradheep Kumar Nama (nama) is an entrepreneur at heart and loves the challenges that come with it. A Cost Accountant, Nama started his career with Sony ( known as Orson) and later moved to Digital equipment as the Manager - Finance. Nama had stint with GE Capital venture Countrywide Consumer Finance in setting up Operations in South India and Moved to Corporate Functions as Head of sales, associating with that Brand for 5+ years. He had been part of Genpact (known as GECIS earlier) for over 9 years in BPO industry, running Finance Function for Many global clients in Energy, Entertainment, Automotive Industries. After 27 years of careers spanning Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, he gave it all up to join Synchroserve in 2008, a startup in the Training & Recruitment space. He firmly believes that the key to success, both professionally and personally, is to sustain relationships beyond transactions. He has nurtured an enduring culture that is fun to work in, intellectually challenging and conducive to personal growth.
